Description and objective:
This project aims to create a tool (based on image segmentation techniques) designed to detect the biological behavior of the neurospheres of each brain cancer patient, so that the most appropriate treatment can be provided (personalized precision medicine).
Expected results:
Software development for segmentation and three-dimensional analysis, able to automatically delimitate the different spheroid areas, so they can be represented and characterized.

An app that can facilitate decision-making by radiologic oncologists by recommending optimal radiotherapy treatments based on the unique features of each patient.
Expected results:
As our first experimental development project, the creation of an app capable of suggesting optimal radiotherapy treatment has been proposed, facilitating the decision making of oncologists and radiotherapists.
